PURPOSE: To easily have a permanent under the optimum warming condition, by providing this warmer with a controller for controlling heating units by operating switch groups.

CONSTITUTION: A hair diagnosis card 7, to which the warming conditions of hair are entered beforehand, is installed to switch groups mounted on an operation portion of a controller 4 by aligning the drilled holes 8, and a switch, to which the warming condition of the card 7 is entered, is set. Consequently, temp and conduction time to separate heating unit 5 are selected and set while temp detecting elements 6 detect the rise and fall of temp near the surfaces of hair to be warmed and electric signals are fed to the controller 4, and conduction to the heating units 5 is controlled, thus keeping set temp all the time, then having a permanent under the desirable warming conditions.
