Abstract:
To provide a Halbach array rotor, a motor, an electric compressor, and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of improving a performance of a rotor providing permanent magnets having a Halbach array.SOLUTION: A rotor 1 includes an annular permanent magnet 10 and a support body 20 that supports the permanent magnet 10 inward from a radial direction. The permanent magnet 10 is magnetized in a Halbach array along a surface orthogonal to an axial direction of the rotor 1. The support body 20 is formed with a plurality of air gaps 21 arranged around the axis of the rotor 1. When magnetizing the permanent magnet 10, a main magnetizer 30 may be arranged around the permanent magnet 10 and a sub coil 41 of a sub magnetizer 40 may be inserted into the air gap 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
