Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half-bridge type DC/DC converter capable of reducing switching loss and excessive conduction loss of a semiconductor switching element and loss of a transformer with a simple circuit configuration.SOLUTION: The half-bridge type DC/DC converter includes: a DC power supply 1; two smoothing capacitors 2a and 2b; switching elements 3 and 4 connected mutually in series; switching elements 5 and 6 connected in antiparallel; diodes 3a to 6a connected in antiparallel with the switching elements 3 to 6 respectively; two capacitors 3b and 4b for soft switching; a transformer 7; a diode rectification circuit 8; and filter circuits 9 and 10.
