Title:
HALF-HEAD PISTON FOR COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001254676
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a half-head piston for a compressor to sufficiently guide a lubrication oil in a crank chamber to a mooring part between the half-head piston and a cam plate.

A dent part 29 is formed in the outside of a tail part 21a of a half-head piston 21 and a flat-form notched part 30 forming a separation surface is formed in the central part of the outer surface of the tail part 21a. Further, a slope 28 is formed at the peripheral edge of the tip of the tail part 21a approximately throughout a whole periphery. Thus, after the lubrication oil in a crank chamber 15 is guided in a dent part 29 through a gap S1 between the notched part 30 and the inner peripheral surface of the crank chamber 15 along the slope 28 through movement of the half-head piston 21 from a top dead center position to a bottom dead center position, the oil is inputted in a mooring part between the half head piston 21 and a cam plate 19.
