Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a leakage oil amount more than a conventional technology.SOLUTION: A half-split bearing 1 has a base material layer 10. The base material layer 10 has: an inner peripheral surface 13 which is a surface on the side on which a shaft 2 is accommodated; and two junction surfaces 14, 15 which are abutted with the other half-split bearing. On the side of the inner peripheral surface 13 of the junction surfaces 14, 15, a crash relief of depth d and height h is provided. At the crash relief, coating layers 11, 12 whose material is resin are provided. The resin which is the material of the coating layers 11, 12 is a material softer than metal such as aluminum alloy and copper alloy, which are the materials of the base material layer 10, so that even when a stress is applied from the shaft 2 or the other half-split bearing in assembly, the resin is shaped so as to fit to the bearing 2 and the other half-split bearing by being deformed and worn. As a result, the half-split bearing 1 is less likely to generate positional deviation and deformation than before.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
