Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a leakage oil amount more than a conventional technology.SOLUTION: A half-split bearing 1 has a base material layer 10. The base material layer 10 has an inner peripheral surface 13 which is a surface on the side on which a shaft 2 is accommodated in a cylindrical bearing which is formed by abutting with the other half-split bearing. The base material layer 10 has two junction surfaces 14, 15 which are abutted with the other half-split bearing. At least in an end part region of the inner peripheral surface 13 of the base material layer 10, a coating layer 17 is provided which is configured by a material softer than the material of the base material layer 10. As a crash relief is not provided in the base material layer 10, the shaft 2 slides with the coating layer 17 at the junction surfaces 14, 15, and a lubrication oil supplied to the inner peripheral surface 13 hardly leaks to the outside from between the junction surfaces 14, 15 and the shaft 2 being inhibited by the coating layer 17. Also, as the coating layer 17 is softer than the base material layer 10, it absorbs the stress received from the shaft 2 and the like at assembly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
