Abstract:
To provide a hammering inspection system with which it is possible to conduct a hammering inspection stably even at a high elevation.SOLUTION: Provided is a hammering inspection device comprising: a target; a hammering inspection device having a travel mechanism that automatically travels on an inspection plane, a marking mechanism that applies a marking to the inspection plane, a suction mechanism that sticks fast to the inspection plane, and a hammering inspection mechanism that carries out hammering inspection of the inspection plane; and a surveying instrument capable of automatically tracking the target and measuring the distance and angle. A hammering inspection is carried out by moving the hammering inspection device to a desired position while having it stuck fast to the inspection plane by the suction mechanism. When presence of abnormality is detected, a marking is applied to the inspection plane. The surveying instrument automatically tracks the target and measures the distance to and the angle of the target when carrying out a hammering inspection. An inspection path and a hammering inspection position are precisely grasped. An inspection is automatically carried out comprehensively by repeating inspection while self-traveling on the inspection plane in a prescribed pattern. The three-dimensional shape data of the inspection plane can be calculated from travel data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
