PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable storage of various kinds of hand baggage of a customer in a restaurant and the like, on a side on a chair on which the customer is seated so that the customer can keep the baggage nearby to watch the baggage all the time, thereby enabling the customer to enjoy drinking and eating at ease.SOLUTION: A storing bag 20, which can be freely opened and closed, is detachably supported and attached in a support body 1 which can be swingably opened and closed and is configured to be attachable to a chair C. The support body 1 includes: a support frame 2 in which front and rear leg frame portions 3 along legs of the chair C are connected by an upper frame portion 4; a swingable frame 5 in which swingable side frame portions 6 along the leg frame portions 3 in a closed state are connected by a swingable upper frame portion 7 and a swingable lower frame portion 8, the swingable frame 5 being swingably connected to the sides of the support frame 2 in a widely-openable manner; attaching means 10 for attaching the support frame 2 to the legs of the chair C; and a caster mechanism 15 provided at the lower edge of the support frame 2. The storing bag 20 includes a support fixing part 22 at an opening of a bag body 21 for engaging and fixing the storing bag 20 to the upper frame portion 4 of the support frame 2 and the swingable upper frame portion 7 of the swingable frame 5.
