This hand cart 1 has a handle device 110, a base 120 for attaching the handle device or the like, a traveling wheel 2, and a placement portion 3. Wheel constituting bodies 201, 202 are disposed on the traveling wheel 2 in the width direction, the traveling wheel is rotated with a wheel shaft centered, and formed so that a rotational angle may become 22.5°. Cut portions 211 formed at eight portions of outer peripheries of the wheel constituting bodies 201, 202 at a constant interval so as to sandwich the wheel shaft and face with each other are cut and formed so as to be formed into a fan shape having the bottom of a recess portion at 90° in a side view over the overall width of the respective outer periphery surfaces of the wheel constituting bodies 201, 202. The outer periphery surface between the respective cut portions 211 constitutes a ground contact surface 212, and an orbit formed of the respective contact surfaces 212 is formed so as to be a circle. The wheel constituting body 201 is provided with a rotation stopper 230.
