To let detergent pervade a special cotton automatically and expedite finish coating cleanly so that waterdrop, oil, nicotine of tobacco, or dust is hardly adhered by performing polishing by use of a hand cleaner containing the detergent.

When a detergent is put in a hand cleaner case 1, and a bubble button 7 is pressed, the detergent is penetrated to a head injection nozzle 14 through a nozzle 9. The detergent is soaked to the surface of a window glass through a special cotton 13 to polish it. When the finishing is performed by sue of a window brush 11, waterdrop, dust or the like is hardly adhered to the window glass. The labor of washing with the detergent, rinsing with water and wiping with a dustcloth can be omitted, and this hand cleaner containing detergent can be easily and cleanly wiped in a single operation.
