Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously dry the surface and the back of a hand while lowering noises generated by a fast air flow from a blowoff nozzle as hitting the bottom surface of a drying chamber.
SOLUTION: This hand drier is provided with a feed air device 5 in a body 1 and a drying chamber 3 with a roughly C-shaped cross section on the front of the body 1 and an air flow is fast blown from a blowoff nozzle 6a provided at an upper part of the drying chamber 3 to hit a protruded wall 4a provided on a front end face of the drying chamber 3. In this case, air flow passing over the surface of a hand inserted while weakening impact penetrates under the hand thereby simultaneously drying the surface and the back of the hand.
