This hand for a handling device hand comprises plural arms provided to a base plate 3 attachable to a handling device 1 so as to open/close, work grippers 10 provided to the arms 5 so as to abut and float, pressing mechanisms 14 pressing the work gripper 10 to the arms 5, and detectors 18 detecting floating states of the work gripper 10 to the arms 5.
