A hand-held remote control device of a crane includes: a winch/telescoping operation lever 123 which is provided so as to be operable in an optional direction from a neutral position and of which the vertical operation is associated with the motion of a winch, and of which the operation in a right and left direction is associated with the telescoping motion of a boom; a swing operation lever 124 which is provided so as to be operable vertically from the neutral position and of which the vertical operation is associated with the swing motion of a boom; and a derricking operation lever 125 which is provided so as to be operable vertically from the neutral position and of which the vertical operation is associated with the derricking motion of the boom.
