Title:
HAND HOOK MEMBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3534212
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hand hook member wherein rigidity of a body can be maintained structurally high and a lid can be assembled to the body by a one- touch operation by breaking a thin coupling to have a pivot shaft moved from inside a large diameter hole into a small diameter hole to be fitted and assembling the lid to the body with the pivot shaft as a rotation fulcrum.
SOLUTION: A hand hook member 1 in a state where a lid 4 and a body 2 are integrally molded of a resin material comprises a pivot shaft 9 of a lid 4 protruding into a large diameter hole 10a on a side of the body 2 and joined by a thin coupling 12, while the lid 4 is made to protrude forward from inside the body 2. When the hand hook member 1 is assemkded into a usable state, the lid 4 is bent to rotate toward a front opening 3 with force applied. Then the thin coupling 12 joining a rear end of the lid 4 and the body 2 is broken by a stress applied by the bending, and the pivot shaft 9 moves from the large diameter hole 10a to a small diameter hole 10b and is fitted there. Thus the lid 4 can be assembled to the body 2 by a one-touch operation with the pivot shaft 9 as a rotation fulcrum.
