Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a hand mixer with which complete straining is enabled without requiring much labor and time.
CONSTITUTION: Concerning this hand mixer, a propeller to be rotated by receiving the rotations of a motor 6 set in a main body 1 is installed inside a vessel 3 and materials are suitably pressed by the propeller 2 and passed through a net fitted on a lower vessel lid 5 so that the materials can be easily strained.
