A hand rest member 1 is provided with a main body part 2 opened long in breadthwise direction and a bag-shaped part 2 for space part expansion linked through a hinge part 3 to the main body part 2, and the product shape is provided by turning the bag-shaped part 4 with a hinge part 5 as a supporting point and locking it in the state of closing the upper end opening of the main body part 2. Then, a frame-shaped flange part 5 larger than a fitting opening part 26 is formed along the front face opening edge of the main body part 2 and first lock means 13 are respectively attached on the rear face side of an upper piece part 5a of the flange part 5 and the turning end side of the bag-shaped part 4 so as to be engaged with each other.
