A back plate part 13 is raised upward from the inner side of a bowl part 12 of a hand wash basin 11, and the upper end part of the back plate part 13 projects frontward in an overhang state to form a projecting part 14. Sleeve parts 15 are protruded frontward from the lateral side parts of the back plate part 13. All of the bowl part 12, back plate part 13, projecting part 14 and sleeve parts 15 are integrally formed of ceramics. A tank part 20 is surrounded in three ways by a partition wall part 19 provided in vertical wall shape connecting a bottom face part 16 and an upper face part 18, and a liquid soap discharge means 22 is fitted thereto. The upper face part 18 of the tank part 20 is provided with a liquid soap supply port 26, and a cap 27 is mounted on the supply port 26.
