To provide a hand-wash counter which can be provided with a place where baggage is hygienically placed and can be provided with the baggage placement place without much costs.SOLUTION: A hand-wash counter has a counter and a cabinet. The counter has a bowl part. The cabinet is provided below the counter. The cabinet has a front panel and a baggage placement part. The front panel covers a front surface of the cabinet and is in the state of being tilted backward.
