PURPOSE: To make it easy to separate and remove water film stuck to hands by blowing out jet water stream with a jet water stream blowing out means after performing washing of hands by means of hand washing water jetted from a water jetting part when hands are inserted through opening parts of a hand washing vessel.
CONSTITUTION: A water jetting part 35 for jetting out in relatively low pressure hot water or cold water supplied from a hand washing water supplying device is arranged inside a hand washing vessel 31 consisting of a chamber of a nearly rectangular parallelepiped formed with watertightness being maintained and a pair of opening parts 33 through which hands are inserted formed thereon fixed at intervals to right and left in the front face thereof. Moreover, a fan 41 is installed on the ceiling part of the hand washing vessel 31, and an air blowing port 43 thereof is opened in the center part of the ceiling surface of the hand washing vessel 31. A suction port 51 is opened to the bottom surface of the hand washing vessel 31, and the suction port 51 and suction device are connected together through a communicating pipe 55. In this case, a jet water stream blowing out means 57 for blowing out jet water stream in relatively high pressure toward the water film stuck to hands by jetting out hand washing water and removing the water film from the hands is arranged inside the hand washing vessel 31.
