Abstract:
The invention is based on a hand power tool with a disk-shaped tool (14) that can be driven to rotate around a rotation axis (16), in particular a manually guided right angle grinder, a manually guided circular saw, or the like, including a pivoting tool cover (22). The invention proposes that the tool cover (22) have an essentially curved end face and be embodied so that it can move essentially parallel to the plane of the disk-shaped tool (14) in order to unblock this tool, that when actuated, the end face of the tool cover (22) move across at least part of the surface of the disk-shaped tool (14) in a direction lateral to the circumference direction of the tool.
