Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a visual field of a spectrum by improving deterioration in the spectrum due to phase fluctuation at leading and trailing of an amplitude of an output signal.
SOLUTION: A phase correction control circuit 7 stores in advance a phase difference between an output phase of a leading and a trailing of an output amplitude of a variable attenuator 1 and an output phase of a top flat part and provides the phase difference to a variable phase shifter 8 based on a timing signal from a timing control circuit 3. The variable phase shifter 8 based on a control signal corrects a phase so that the output phase of the leading and the trailing of an output signal attenuated by the variable attenuator 1 is equal to an output phase of a top flat part of the output amplitude so that a spectrum of the output waveform after the attenuation is not affected by the phase.
