Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure the stable and accurate control of a traveling object by securing the independent and simultaneous input of variable values about three freedom degrees of the moving motion of the centroid of the traveling object within a three-dimensional space and three rotational freedom degrees of the posture of the traveling object just with a single handle. CONSTITUTION:A handle 1 is operated for independent and simultaneous input of three kinds of information (x, y and z axial directions) on the movement of a traveling object and three kinds of information (rolling, pitch and yawing) of the rotation of the traveling object. Thus the motions are produced within mechanisms 2-7 and the input information are converted into these movements and transmitted to be turned into motions 16-21 of freedom degree '1' respectively. Here motions 16-18 are defined as direct motions with motions 19-21 defined as rotary motions respectively. These motions are detected by the detection mechanisms 8-13 and six bits of detection information 22-27 are supplied to a controller 14 for movement of traveling object. Then the operating value 28 is decided and the traveling object is controlled by an actuator 15.
