To provide a handle of a cutter which is made of a shape memory resin to be easily deformed, especially largely deformed.

A holder 11 of a cut leather is provided with a blade fitting member 12, and a handle part 13 made of a shape memory resin. The base end part of the blade fitting member 12 is buried in the forward end of the handle part 13. The base end part of the handle part 13 has a finger insert hole 15, and a finger hook part 16 integrated with the handle part 13 is projected on the base end part of the handle part 13. Recessed parts 13a are formed in both side surfaces which are a wide part 18 of the handle part 13, and recessed parts 16a are formed in both side surfaces of the wide part 18 which is a wide part of the finger hook part 16. The handle part 13 is not provided with a wall thickness part so that the handle 13 is easy to be deformed.
