Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a speedy and functional handle system of a simple structure and the smallest manufacturing expenses, by incorporating a locking unit with which users can lock the handle system in an extended or a retracted position. CONSTITUTION: The handle system H for a wheeled cart or traveling bag L includes a pair of pipe-assembly bodies 11 and 12 arranged almost in parallel and connected by a handle member 17. The pipe-assembly bodies 11 and 12 are locked by working together wit each or pipes 13, 14, 15 and 16 to freely unlock them at an extended or a retracted position.
