Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device for a door of a vehicle, which positively checks the intention of the vehicle user in regard to unlocking or locking of the door of the vehicle.
SOLUTION: According to the handle device, a pair of electrodes 12, 29 are arranged in an operating handle 7 which is arranged on an outer surface of the door 5 in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a detecting circuit 34 for detecting change in capacity between both the electrodes 12, 29 is connected to both the electrodes 12, 29.
