PURPOSE: To prevent a handle from removing by setting a part of a lid body at near the support shaft when the support shaft is once inserted to regulate the deflection of the handle.

CONSTITUTION: The inside surfaces of both arms 5b are inserted into dent portions 19, and the top ends of support shafts 5c is fitted into shaft receiving holes 18a. The distance between the right and left arms 5b is widened by the elasticity of the arms 5b, the inside surfaces of the arms 5b are returned from the inner circumference to the outside of grooves 10. When a lid body 13 covers and engages with a storage portion 12, right and left wing pieces 13b are automatically fitted into steps 21, the right and left wing pieces 13b cover the outside of the dent portions 19. The edges of the right and left wing pieces 13b become close to the inside surfaces of the arms 5b, and it regulates the widened distance between the right and left arms 5b so that the distance is not narrowed. Since the distance between the outside surface of a shaft receiving portion 18 and the edge of wing piece 13b is smaller than the distance H2, the cylindrical surfaces of the support 5c kept engaged with the shaft receiving holes 18a, and the handle is prevented from being dropped from the shaft receiving portion 18 of a lower case 2.
