Title:
HANDLE FOR EDGE-REPLACEABLE SAW
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP05185381
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture products of high precision comparatively simply by forming in a single piece a saw body holding part with a pair of grip cores, and thereby enabling processing the saw body holding part and grip cores simultaneously in one and the same process.

CONSTITUTION: A saw handle is equipped with a saw body holding part 13 to hold the root 12 of a saw body 11 removably, a pair of grip cores 14, and a grip 16 made of an elastic substance inserted between the grip cores 14, wherein the grip cores 14 are formed in a single piece with the saw body holding part 13, extended backward from the saw body holding part 13, and opposed a certain spacing apart in the direction of the saw body holding part 13 pinching the root. According to this construction where the part 13 and the grip cores 14 are formed consolidated, they can be processed simultaneously at the same stage of the processes. Further because the grip 16 is inserted between the grip cores 14 constituting a couple, the strength of the gripping part can be enhanced even though the grip 16 is formed from elastic substance.
