This handle lock includes connections 18, 19 formed at both ends of a handle 2, seats 4, 5 connected to the connections 18, 19, a link 32 pivotally supported in the seat 4 at the latch lock side in a rotationally movable manner, an actuating member 30 having an actuation portion 31 to be actuated with the rotational movement of the link 32, an operating member associated with the actuating member 30 and an operation restricting member 70 provided at the connection 18 of the seat 4 or the handle 2 at the latch lock side so as to be operable with one operation only of push and pull operations of the handle 2.
