When the tube of a wheel located underneath the post 4 is subjected to pressure caused by irregularities over a road surface, and when impact due to the pressure is applied to the post portion 2, the impact can be absorbed by letting both the end portions 3 and 3 be moved down in a middle bent shape about the post portion 2 as its axis.
