PURPOSE: To keep the ground height of a handle to a nearly constant level even in the case of changing the ground height of the machine body by vertically adjusting the wheels.
CONSTITUTION: Front wheels 7,13 are provided in a vertically movable manner through transmission cases 10,12 pivoted to a machine body 1 in a state freely movable in vertical direction. A handle 23 is pivoted to the machine body 1 in a vertically movable manner. The transmission case 12 is interlocked to the handle 23 in such a manner as to vertically move the handle 23 interlocked with the vertical motion of the wheel 13. A parallel link is formed by the transmission cases 10,12 and links 34,37 and the transmission case 12 is pressed against the ground with a spring 38.
