Abstract:
To provide a handle for a valve with a lock mechanism which can improve security, and can prevent an erroneous operation by making only an administrator operate the valve, and making the other person other than the administrator not operate the valve, dispenses with the replacement of a rotating shaft for opening and closing the valve when employed to existing equipment, and can be directly attached to the rotating shaft for opening and closing the valve which is used in the existing equipment.SOLUTION: A lock mechanism 2 is composed of: a main body part 3 attached with a handle H; a locking mechanism 5; an engagement mechanism 6 attached to a tip of a rotating shaft 1 so as to be attachable and detachable, engaged with the main body part 3 and the rotating shaft 1, and transmitting a rotation operation of the handle H to the rotating shaft 1; and an attachment mechanism 7 for relatively rotatably and detachably attaching the main body part 3 to the engagement mechanism 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-8
