PURPOSE: To prevent loss of a disassembling and assembling apparatus by integrally assembling the disassembling and assembling apparatus such as a spanner and others to install on a power tool.

CONSTITUTION: Of a handle with a spanner used for a disc grinder with a brake and a pneumatic angle grinder, on a spanner support part 5 adhered in the proximity of a collar 6 existing between a side handle main body 1 and an installation part 3, a hexagonal bar spanner 4 is supported by a fulcrum 7 free to rotate. By giving torque by holding the side handle main body 1 by way of inserting the head end of this hexagonal bar spanner 4 into a hexagonal hole of a bolt with a grinding stone installation back hexagonal hole, the bolt with the hexagonal hole is tightened and loosened. Additionally, by rotating the hexagonal bar spanner 4 by the fulcrum 7 of the spanner support part 5, diameter is made smaller than the outer diameter of the collar 6. Consequently, as length of a disassembling and assembling apparatus can be lessened by using length of the handle main body 1, it is possible to miniaturize and lighten the apparatus.
