PURPOSE: To effectively operate a control work machine by mounting one of the two handle rods up and down the middle of the handle rod when the machine is tilted in the traverse direction at the time of working by the control work machine.

CONSTITUTION: In the control work machine which is equipped with a rotary tiller, and so constituted that two handle rods 3 and 4 are extended from the upper end section of a handlebar frame 2, a rotating fulcrum 0 is provided for the middle section of either one of the two handle rods 3 and 4, a handle rod 3a on a grip 5 side in the back of the revolving fulcrum 0 is revolved around the revolving fulcrum 0 and installed in a vertically movable manner. On the tip end of a fastening bolt 6 inserted in the revolving fulcrum 0, a nut 8 with a lever 7 is fitted by threads, so that it may be freely tightened and loosened.
