Abstract:
To provide a handling device of apparatus capable of improving operation ability when operating an operation part.SOLUTION: A handling device 4 of an apparatus mounted on a vehicle includes a base member 5 attached to a top face of a center console 3, a palm rest 6 being provided on the top face of the base member 5 for the user of the vehicle to place his/her palm. This palm rest 6 is slidable in the cross direction of the vehicle for the base member 5, and switches the operation mode of the apparatus between an urban mode and an active mode through the sliding. Around the palm rest 6 in the base member 5, operation switches 9-13 for performing an operation of the apparatus are provided. The operation switches 9, 10 are operated only in the active mode, and are concealed by the palm rest 6 in the urban mode, and is exposed to the outside at a position deviated from the palm rest 6 in the active mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
