PURPOSE: To miniaturize a device, to permit the handling and inspection of structural parts by forming a casing into a disk shape, and guiding a distribution pipeline of an assembled pipeline to a surface, and connecting the casing to other casing with one battery block valve so as to communicate the pipeline system with each other.

CONSTITUTION: A casing 14 is formed into a disk shape, and an assembled pipeline system 21 is provided, and the pipeline system 21 has distribution pipelines 22, and the distribution pipelines 22 are guided to a surface 17 of the casing 14. The casing 14 is connected to other casings 14'-14''' by one battery block valve, and at this stage, the distribution pipelines 22 of the casing 14-14''' are adjacent to each other so as to communicate the pipeline system 21 with each other. With this structure, a handling device 10 provided with a suction plug 11 is formed compact, and the pressure inside of a negative pressure conduit is measured so as to inspect the structural part for passing the fluid inside thereof.
