Abstract:
PURPOSE:To greatly increase the handling speed of bobbins by pulling bobbins off of trays irrespective of an empty bobbin or a bobbin with a slight amount of remaining yarn and uniformly supplying empty bobbins in store onto these trays. CONSTITUTION:As a bobbin 6 fitted and erected on a beg tray 5 is discharged out of a winder, first the bobbin 6 is introduced into a bobbin pull-off device 20 and interposed between a belt 21 and a guide plate 22 to be pulled off irrespective of an empty bobbin or a bobbin with a slight amount of remaining yarn. The remaining yarn on the pulled-off bobbin 6 is detected by means of a remaining-yarn detecting device 23 on the way as the bobbin 6 is lifted up, and a bobbin 6b with a slight amount of remaining yarn is discharged into a selecting box 24 whereas, an empty bobbin 6a is fed into a supply device 30. On the other hand, the emptied beg tray 5 from which the bobbin 6 was pulled off is sent to the bobbin supply device 30 and an empty bobbin 6a is fitted and erected on the beg tray 5, which are sent to a fine spinning machine. Thereby, the handling speed of bobbins can be greatly increased.
