HANDLING UNIT FOR DOCUMENT PICTURE DATA

PURPOSE:To quicken the processing of document picture data and also to save Labor by storing the contents of a document, etc., in a memory unit as document picture data and by making additional entries, corrections, etc., in the memory unit. CONSTITUTION:A document has a titled, fixed information on a frame, etc., variable information on the sum of money and a name, etc.; the variable information is input from keyboard input unit 1 and stored in partial picture position data memory unit 2 and partial picture memory unit 8, and the fixed information is input from picture input unit 3 and stored in entire picture memory unit 4. Further, the identification code of the document is input from unit 1 and stored in partial picture storage address memory unit 6. Picture synthesizer 9 mixes the fixed information and variable information from respective memory units and supplies the entrie picture information to picture display unit 10, which displays it. For additional entries and corrections, inputting the picture number of a part to be corrected from unit 1 makes picture editing unit 11 read the picture of the corresponding part from units 6 and 8 and edit it by making additional entries and corrections and the edited picture is supplied to picture output unit 12, which outputs an original for additional entries and corrections.
