A plurality of wall surface part fixing holes 4 obliquely extending through from the side peripheral surface of the handrail mounting metal 3 toward a back. A fixing tool 5 is extended through the wall surface fixing hole 4 and driving the fixing tool in a wail surface, and the back of the handrail member mounting metal fitting 3 is fixed at on a wall surface. The fixing tool 5 is driven in a wall surface in a state to point to an oblique direction based on the wall surface. Further, there is no need to extend a part, at which the wall surface fixing hole 4 is formed, to an outer periphery.
