The handset bearing is provided with a third permanent magnet 22 whose N polar side is arranged so as to be faced to a handset bearing case 21 constituting the handset bearing at the position opposed to the first permanent magnet, a fourth permanent magnet 23 whose S polar side is arranged so as to be faced to the handset bearing case at the position opposed to the second permanent magnet, and a second magnetic body 24 mounted on the handset bearing case across the S polar side of the third permanent magnet and the N polar side of the fourth permanent magnet.
