Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize a writing feel by which an operator becomes familiar to a specific writing pressure.
CONSTITUTION: In a handwritten character input method inputting in a computer by converting the location instructed by a location instructor 60 into coordinate data, using a coordinate input means 45, and by inputting the coordinate data when the writing pressure detected by a writing detecting means 46 exceeds a prescribed threshold in a handwriting data storage means 51, the size of writing wressure is detected by the cycle of the coordinate detection and a fine cycle of the same degree and a new threshold is determined based on the size of the value fetched after prescribed amount of handwritten character is inputted. As for the input of the next prescribed amount of handwritten character, the coordinate data when the writing pressure is larger than the new threshold based on the threshold is stored in the handwriting data storage means 51.
