The main body 1 of a toilet bowl is provided with open/close members 26 and 31 built being so movable as to contact the bottom part of the excrement bag 10 and two excrement housing parts 11 and 12 are formed on the bottom part of the excrement bag 10 internally inserted into the body 1 of the toilet bowl and one excrement housing part 11 in the excrement bag 10 is positioned in the discharged excrement housing area C of the body 1 of the toilet bowl while the other excrement housing part 12 of the bag 10 is positioned in the excrement escaping area E. After the discharge, the opening part of the one excrement housing part 11 of the bag 10 is sealed up with the open/close members 26 and 31 while the other excrement housing part 12 of the bag 10 is positioned at the discharged excrement housing area C being shifted from the excrement bag escaping area E. After the second discharge, the excrement is discharged into the other excrement housing part 12 of the bag 10 positioned in the discharged excrement housing area C.
