PURPOSE: To provide a hanger device capable of hanging the clothes such as a coat at the portion of the headrest of the front seat of an automobile.

CONSTITUTION: A hanger device 8 is constituted of fitting base sections 1 having insertion holes 7 capable of being coupled with a pair of support bars 6, 6 of the headrest 4 of an automobile seat, support pillars extended upward from the fitting base sections 1, and a clothes hanger 3 connected to the upper ends of the support pillars 2, and a clothes hanger can be erected at the rear of the seat via such simple work that the headrest 4 is extracted from the seat, insertion holes 7, 7 of the fitting base sections 1 are coupled with the support bars 6, 6 of the headrest 4, then the headrest 4 is fitted as before. A coat taken off during the driving of an automobile can be regularly hung, and the deformation of the coat or the generation of wrinkles is prevented.
