The hanger hook device is provided with a lock pin 4 having a pointed shape on the end of a base 1 of arbitrary shape body and a hook part 3 capable of suspending a hanger etc. on the end of its opposite side, and is rotatably and slidably connected with the arm part 2 attached with a support pin 5 having a pointed shape slidable in a hole penetrating to the attachment objective wall in the vicinity of a central part of the base.
