To dispense with a connection pipe between an intermediate lug and a hanger lug, and to improve the assembly property be integrally interposing a riser column part in the middle of a pipe connection part provided around a hanger shaft hole, and forming a connection part for connecting an upper pipe directed approximately in parallel to a lower pipe connection part on an upper end.
A hanger lug 21 is integrated with a connection part 24 in which a boss is projected in the direction of a head lug around a hanger shaft hole 22, and a connection part 27 in which a boss is projected in the direction of a rear fork end. A riser column part 23 facing in the direction of a seat lug is integrated between the connection parts 24, 27. A connection part 26 projected in the direction of the seat lug and a connection part 25 for connecting an upper pipe which is projected in the direction of the head lug are integrated with an upper end part of the riser column part 23. The finished surface condition of a frame becomes excellent thereby, and a product of excellent quality which is light in weight, excellent in durability, and free from variance can be obtained.
