The hanger suspender 1 is set in such a manner that, when the hook portions 2L, 2R are hooked on the main rod 8, the axis of the cross-linked rod 3 and the axis of the main rod 8 are positioned nearly vertically, and that the hangers 98 hung on the main rod 8 and the hangers 93 hung on the cross-linked rod 3 are not in contact with each other.
