The hanging bar 3 is provided between arm parts 2 on both sides of a hanger body 1 and the clips 4 are attached to both sides of the hanging bar 3. Both clips 4 are provided with a torsion coil spring 5 bent and molded by one metal wire, to which the hanging bar 3 is inserted, both knobs 11 and 12 which can be opened and closed with each other, and both clamp parts 7 and 8 closed around the hanging bar 3 by the resilient force of the torsion coil spring 5 accompanying operations to both knobs 11 and 12 to be opened around the hanging bar 3 against the resilient force of the torsion coil spring 5, are supported so as to be turned around the hanging bar 3, are supported so as to be moved along the hanging bar 3, and can be brought closer to and separated from each other. Both clamp parts 7 and 8 are provided with main hooks 9 extended so as to face each other in the axial direction X of the hanging bar 3. The trousers 13 are clamped between both clamp parts 7 and 8, and the main hooks 9 of both clamp parts 7 and 8 are hooked to the belt loops 13a of the trousers 13.
