To provide a hanging bolt fixture which allows working at a height such as the vicinity of a ceiling, by a single action.

A lock member 4 is housed so that it can approach/separate from a housing space 7 and it can move in a longitudinal direction of a hanging bolt 5, and at least on an opposed surface thereof, engagement irregularities 4a for engaging with a male screw of the hanging bolt are engraved. A lock action member 8 is provided at an end part on deep side of the housing space for the lock member in a separated state, and is pressed by a tip of the hanging bolt that is inserted in the housing space so as to move the lock member in an approaching direction, and thereby the engagement irregularities of the lock member are engaged with the male screw of the hanging bolt. When the hanging bolt is moved from a fixture body 3 in a pulling-out direction together with the lock member engaged with the male screw of the hanging bolt, a tip part 4b on a hanging bolt insert opening 6a side of the lock member is fitted into a lock recessed point 7d.
