To provide a hanging cabinet with a latch with a lock mechanism which will securely work when an earthquake occurs even after the door of the cabinet is repeatedly opened/closed.

A draining pipe rack 8 is attached on the bottom of this cabinet 3, and plural pipes 8a, 8b, 8c are arranged in rows at prescribed intervals on the pipe rack. A latch 6 is installed on the rear surface of the door 2 which is freely opened/closed covering the front opening of the cabinet 3. The latch 6 has a lock mechanism to release the lock to open the door 2 by pulling a handle 5 attached on the front surface of the door 2 or pushing the door 2. The pipe 8a of the first row (on the door 2 side) and the pipe 8b of the second row on the draining pipe rack 8 are clamped by a receiver 10 like a bridge with support parts 11, 11 formed on both sides of the receiver 10.
