Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging device capable of safely and efficiently hanging an existing concrete pile, especially capable of obliquely hanging the lower pile.
SOLUTION: The hanging device is formed of a fitting flange 10 and a slinging metal tool 30. The fitting flange is formed in a ring-shape having nearly the same inner diameter as the inner diameter of the lower pile and a larger outer diameter than the outer diameter and required number of bolt hole rows 11 are formed in the peripheral direction to fit to the tap holes formed at the lower pile head. Hanging bolts 12 are provided at appropriate positions of one side part. In the hanging metal tool 30, a fitting plate 22 is protruded at the outside face of the cylindrical support 21 having a little larger inner diameter than the outer diameter of the lower pile, and a retaining part 26 having the same inner diameter with the support part is adjacently formed at the upper side of the support part. A sling member 27 provided with a wire hole is projected in the fitting plate of the support part. Appropriate numbers of fixing bolt 32 capable of pressing the outside face of the lower pile are arranged at the outside face of the retaining part 26.
