Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging device capable of regulating the lying down posture of a hanging jig in an inverted state of a transporting frame and preventing the fall of a material to be surface treated by thrusting up.
SOLUTION: This hanging device is constituted by providing a transporting frame 15 with a bend receiving part 1 having a slit 2 opened on an inlet side and providing the hanging jig 10 with a supporting part 6 having a neck part 7 to be engaged in the slit and a pair of shoulder parts 8 to be detained to both side walls of the slit. The device is so constituted that the material W to be surface treated is hang oscillatably to the transporting frame by the action of the supporting part and the bend receiving part. In such a case, the open inlet side of the slit is closed by a closing body 13 having a regulating means 13a for regulating the lying down posture of the hanging jig, by which the lying down posture of the hanging device is regulated even if the bend receiving part faces down at the time of inverting of the transporting frame. The fall of the material to be surface treated is prevented even if the material to be surface treated is thrust upward by collision against a treating vessel in the transporation.
